I've been on Wellbutrin for about weeks; my MD started me 300mg XL. like a 20 yr old! Needless to say, my wife is very satisfied with this side effect! My wife can hardly believe how sexually vigorous I have become and we are both certain it is the Wellbutrin. However, bupropion was associated with a rise in supine blood pressure in the study of patients with CHF, resulting in discontinuation of treatment in 2 patients for exacerbation of baseline hypertension.
